If you wish to change your renewal status/option of Big House Power's Automatic Renewal Program, please send an e-mail to bighousepower@me.com with "Attention Automatic Renewal" in the subject line.  In addition, include your name and user name.  We will be happy to assist you.

Please remember that all fees relating to Subscription Services, including the initial fees (as described in Terms and Agreements/Additional Terms), are non refundable.  To prevent additional renewal subscription charges, you must contact Big House Power prior to the end of your initial subscription term purchase or each subsequent term purchase and prior to your renewal.
